Treatment: This luxurious spa with a touch of 'Eastern Promise' in its themed decor is a welcome addition to one of my favourite Mayfair hotels, following its multi million £ make-over. Included in the price of a variety of individually personalized natural treatments, (try the Summer Strawberry Facial, £99), visitors have full use of the Herbal Sauna, Aromatic Steam Room, three 'Experience Shower Sensations' and after all that a Relaxation Room where you come back to earth.

Treatment: This historic Mayfair hotel, was recently acquired by the prestigious Rocco Forte Chain and given the full chic Forte treatment which included the addition of this innovative spa. It offers a variety of aromatherapy, massage and skincare treatments, grooming and pampering 'indulgences' for stressed out ladies and their tired or jet-lagged partners, (you will appreciate the treatment cubicles for two with private shower arrangements).

Treatment: Behind Illuminata's elegant Mayfair shop-front on the corner of South Audley Street and Alford Street near Grosvenor Square is this much loved spa for Him and Her. It is my personal favourite and has an enviable reputation for quality massage incorporating a unique approach to holistic skin and body care. Each session is individually designed to meet your personal needs. I prepare for my revitalizing and soothing massage session by first relaxing in their luxurious steam room before succumbing to my therapist's skilled hands.
